ParkerGale Capital Hires Ross Goffi as Chief Compliance Officer

CHICAGO, NOVEMBER, 2021 – ParkerGale Capital has hired Ross Goffi as Chief Compliance Officer. Goffi is responsible for executing and enhancing the firm’s compliance program, including institutionalizing internal controls and progressing their ESG (environmental, social, and governance) efforts.

“With Ross joining our team, we’re making a strong commitment to expanding and enhancing our compliance program, as well as formalizing our ESG initiatives inside our firm and throughout our portfolio companies. Prior to joining ParkerGale, Goffi was Managing Consultant for Bovill, a global regulatory consulting firm, developing and operating compliance programs for private equity fund managers.

Goffi holds a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio and a bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University. He lives in Chicago with his family.
