ParkerGale, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“ParkerGale,” “we,” or “us”), understand your concerns with regard to how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will use and share information about you carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect about you, how we collect it, how we use it, with whom we may share it, and what choices you have regarding it. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our Web site www.parkergale.com (the “Site”), The Private Equity Funcast (the “Podcast”) (collectively, the “Service”) and any other means by which we may collect information about you, including information you may provide to us other than on the Site and/or through the Podcast. We encourage you to become familiar with this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to, the privacy practices of other companies or other websites. We encourage you to seek out and read the privacy policy of each website that you visit.
By accessing and using the Service, you agree that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and that you accept and consent to the privacy practices (and any uses and disclosures of information about you) that are described in this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS PRIVACY POLICY, THEN YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SITE OR THE PODCAST!

1.    What information do we collect, and how do we collect it?
We are sensitive and committed to protecting your privacy.  We and our third party service providers (“Contractors”) may collect certain information from or about you in connection with your use of, or your submissions directly to us or via the Service (together, “Collected Information”), including, but not limited to, your name and email address.  In addition, we and our Contractors may retain the content of, and metadata regarding, any correspondence you may have with us or our representatives, regardless of the mode of communication by which such correspondence was made.

We also engage service providers to provide us analytics data relating to use of the Site and our advertising. These service providers may use cookies and other technologies alone or in conjunction with anonymous identifiers to collect information about you when you use the Site or interact with our ads on other websites. For example, we use Google Analytics to measure and report how users interact with our Site and advertisements for the purposes of understanding and optimizing web usage, measuring conversion tracking, measuring, enhancing and optimizing the effectiveness of our content and advertising campaigns, targeting advertising, and for other business and market research purposes.  For more information about Google Analytics and how it collects and processes data, please see “How Google Uses Data When You Use Our Partners’ Sites or Apps.” For more information about how Google Analytics uses cookies to measure user interactions on websites, click here. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to the Site is restricted by Google’s Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to the Site by disabling cookies on your browser. If you do not want your Site visit data reported by the Google Analytics JavaScript, you also can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.  This add-on instructs the Google Analytics JavaScript to prohibit sending visit information to Google Analytics, but does not prevent information from being sent to the Website itself or in other ways to other website analytics services. Click here if you would like to learn more about the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and click here to install the opt-out browser add-on. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with your personal information.

2.    Interest-based advertising.
Advertising agencies, advertising networks, and other companies may place advertisements on the Service, and on the Internet generally, and may use their own cookies, web beacons, and other technology to collect information about you when you use our Service. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.
We do not control the use of such technology and have no responsibility for the use of such technology to gather information about you. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. To opt-out of interest-based advertising from third-party companies you may visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/.

3.    How will we use the information you provide to us?
In addition to the uses described above, we and our Contractors may use Collected Information to analyze and improve the content, materials, and services that we make available on the Service, to notify you of changes made to the Service, to evaluate user needs and improve the Service content, to send you promotional materials, and support our continuing efforts to offer users the information and services we think they want most. If you contact us for support or assistance, we may use Collected Information to provide service and support to you. Finally, we may use Collected Information for any other purpose with your consent.

We and our Contractors may also produce reports on Site traffic, usage patterns, and similar data generated from Collected Information, and we may share these reports with our subsidiaries, affiliates, and our business and marketing partners.
We may disclose Collected Information to the proper authorities if we become subject to a subpoena or court order or if we believe that we are otherwise legally required to disclose such information. We may also use and disclose information about you to establish or exercise our legal rights, to assert and defend against legal claims, or if we believe such disclosure is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take other action regarding actual or suspected illegal or fraudulent activities or potential threats to the physical safety or well-being of any person.
If all or part of ParkerGale is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred to another entity, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, we may transfer Collected Information to such entity as part of that transaction.
