Caroline supports investment sourcing and diligence efforts, in addition to assisting portfolio company management. Prior to joining ParkerGale, Caroline was an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair & Company in Chicago on the Services & Industrials team. Caroline holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University, where she was also a member of the varsity women’s soccer team.
